UPDATED Booking and Cancellation Policy February 1st 2026
Deposits made to secure your booking are non refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, fail to confirm a booked appointment or fail to attend a confirmed appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
In the event no deposit has been paid, a $50 cancellation fee will apply and we'll contact you to organise payment. Future bookings will not be accepted until this fee has been cleared.
Confirmation messages are sent 5 days prior to all appointments as a reminder and to allow ample time for adjustments.
We make every effort to contact unconfirmed appointments to avoid fees\charges for our customers. If you fail to confirm a booking within 24hrs we then reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
Please understand that late cancellations / no shows are a loss of income to my business and we have many clients who would appreciate the opportunity to see one of our staff.
